CRM, website and AI agents
All-in-one CRM, website and AI agents.
Your website captures the enquiry, the AI agent answers and books it, and the CRM follows it up. Launch Your Dream runs all three as one system, set up for your industry by Sharktech Global.
What is an all-in-one CRM, website and AI agent system?
It is one system where your website, your customer records and an AI agent share the same data. The website captures the enquiry, the AI agent answers it and books a time, and the CRM stores the conversation and sends the follow-up. Nothing is exported, imported or retyped along the way.
In Launch Your Dream the AI agent is the AI Chatbot on your website. It sits in front of the All-in-One CRM and Smart Booking, so whatever it learns from a visitor goes straight onto that customer's record and into your calendar.
Why should the CRM, website and AI agent be one system?
Because the handoffs are where enquiries go missing: website form to inbox, inbox to CRM, CRM to follow-up. When all three share one record, the AI agent can book straight into your calendar, the CRM knows what was said, and follow-up starts without anyone remembering to start it.
A chatbot bolted onto a website can answer questions. It cannot see that the visitor already had a quote last month, or book into the calendar your team actually uses, unless someone builds and maintains that connection. In a suite that connection is the product.
What can an AI agent do for a small business, and what should it not do?
An AI agent should answer routine questions, capture enquiry details, book appointments, send reminders and log every conversation for your team. It should not give regulated, medical, legal or financial advice, approve exceptions or pretend to be a person. A good one hands over to a human the moment a question is outside its brief.
| Good jobs for the AI agent | Leave to a person |
|---|---|
| Answering common questions about services, areas and hours | Advice that is regulated or depends on the customer's circumstances |
| Capturing name, contact details and what the customer needs | Pricing exceptions and discounts |
| Booking a call, visit or consultation | Complaints and anything sensitive |
| Sending reminders and confirmations | Decisions about suitability or eligibility |
| Logging the conversation in the CRM | Anything the agent has not been given approved content for |
Should you build it yourself from separate tools or use a suite?
You can build it yourself with a website builder, a CRM, a chatbot, a booking app, an SMS tool and a connector such as Zapier. It works if someone in the business enjoys maintaining it. A suite trades that flexibility for one setup, one record per customer and one team responsible when something stops working.
| Question | Build it yourself | Launch Your Dream |
|---|---|---|
| Who sets it up? | You, or a freelancer per tool | Sharktech Global, for your industry |
| How do the parts connect? | Connectors you set up and maintain | One system, one customer record |
| Time to running | Depends on how many tools | Within 7 working days of receiving onboarding details |
| Who fixes it? | Each vendor, separately | One team |
| Written in your industry's language? | Only if you write it | Yes, per industry edition |
How is the AI agent kept accurate and safe?
The AI agent answers only from content approved for your business during onboarding. Every conversation is saved in the CRM, so your team can read exactly what was said. Questions outside its brief are passed to a person. Regulated industries get stricter limits, such as no eligibility decisions for NDIS providers.
- Approved content only: services, areas, hours, booking rules and the questions you sign off.
- Full transcripts on the customer record in the CRM.
- A clear handover to your team for anything outside the brief.
- Industry limits built in, for example no clinical or eligibility advice in LYD Assist.
What if you need AI agents beyond the website?
The suite's AI agent covers enquiries and bookings. For agents that process documents, support staff or work across your internal systems, Sharktech Global's AI Agent Deployment service line builds and runs custom agents, and the Business Automation line connects the workflows around them.
See AI Agent Deployment and Business Automation. Both are scoped on the same discovery call as a suite.
How much does an all-in-one CRM with a website and AI agent cost?
A Launch Your Dream suite, including the CRM, website and AI agent, is quoted in a written proposal before you commit. The VCPility plans it runs on start from A$165 a month plus GST, as published in October 2026. Website size, locations, add-ons and integrations change the figure.
Pricing for an industry suite is set out in a written proposal before you sign anything. For reference, the VCPility plans the suites run on are published at vcpility.com.au/plans and start from A$165 a month plus GST (checked October 2026).
Common questions
Is the AI agent a chatbot or something more?
In the suite, the AI agent is the AI Chatbot on your website. It answers common questions, captures the enquiry and books the appointment into your calendar, with the conversation saved in the CRM. Custom agents beyond that are built through Sharktech Global's AI Agent Deployment service line.
Does the AI agent work after hours?
Yes. It answers visitors at any hour and books them into the times you make available, so an enquiry at 9pm is answered at 9pm.
Can I keep my existing website?
That is assessed on the discovery call. Each suite includes an industry website connected to the CRM, and whether your current site can be kept or connected depends on how it is built.
Will customers know they are talking to AI?
They should. Ask for the assistant to introduce itself as an AI assistant when it is set up during onboarding. Its job is to answer and book quickly, then hand over to your team, not to pass as a person.
What platform is it built on?
Launch Your Dream runs on VCPility, the automation and CRM platform built by Sharktech Global. You can read about it at vcpility.com.au.
