AI business suite
The AI business suite for Australian small business.
Launch Your Dream puts your website, CRM, AI assistant, bookings, follow-up and reviews into one system. Sharktech Global sets it up for your industry, and it runs on VCPility.
What is an AI business suite?
An AI business suite is one system that runs the front of a business: the website, the CRM, an AI assistant that answers enquiries, online booking, automated follow-up and review requests, with one dashboard over all of it. The AI handles the first reply and the routine admin. People still make the decisions.
Most small businesses build this one tool at a time. A website from one provider. A booking app. A CRM trial that never quite took. An SMS tool, a review plugin, a shared inbox. Each one works on its own. They rarely talk to each other.
So an enquiry lands in a website form, gets copied into a spreadsheet, and the follow-up depends on someone remembering on a busy Thursday. A suite removes the copying. The enquiry, the booking, the follow-up and the review request all sit on one customer record.
What does the AI actually do?
The AI assistant answers common questions on your website at any hour, captures the enquirer's details and what they need, and books a call or appointment into your calendar. The CRM then sends the follow-up messages you approved, in your business name. Anything it cannot answer is passed to a person.
- Answers common questions from content you approve, written in your industry's language.
- Captures the enquirer's name, contact details and the job or service they want.
- Books the call, consultation, site visit or intake into your calendar, with reminders.
- Starts the follow-up sequence you signed off on.
- Saves every conversation to the CRM, so whoever picks it up sees the full history.
- Hands anything outside its brief to your team instead of guessing.
What it does not do matters as much. It does not make suitability decisions, approve pricing exceptions or give regulated advice. In LYD Assist, for example, it handles enquiries and pre-intake admin for an NDIS provider. It does not replace participant records, case notes, rostering or claiming.
What is included in every Launch Your Dream suite?
Every suite includes the same five core features: an All-in-One CRM, an AI Chatbot, Smart Booking, a Mobile App and an AI Dashboard. Around them sit an industry website, automated follow-up and review requests. What changes between industries is the language, the workflow and the numbers the dashboard tracks.
| Feature | What it does | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| All-in-One CRM | Every enquiry, client and conversation on one record, with the stage it has reached | Owner and office team |
| AI Chatbot | Answers website visitors, captures details, books the appointment | Customers, including after hours |
| Smart Booking | Online calendar with automated reminders | Customers and the team |
| Mobile App | Replies, bookings and the pipeline from your phone | The owner on the tools or on the road |
| AI Dashboard | Enquiries, bookings, conversion and reviews in one view | The owner, weekly |
| Industry website | Your site, connected to the CRM, under your own brand and domain | Customers |
| Automated follow-up | Messages sent in order after an enquiry or a quote | Customers who have not replied |
| Review requests | Asks satisfied clients for a Google review | Customers |
Why use one suite instead of separate tools?
Separate tools each hold part of the customer. One suite holds the whole record, so an enquiry is answered, booked, followed up and reviewed without anyone copying details between apps. You get fewer logins, one bill to check and one team to call when something needs fixing.
| Moment | With separate tools | With Launch Your Dream |
|---|---|---|
| A website enquiry arrives | Lands in an inbox, gets copied into a spreadsheet | Lands straight in the CRM |
| Someone enquires at 9pm | Waits until morning | The AI assistant replies and offers a booking |
| A quote goes unanswered | Depends on someone remembering to chase it | Follow-up sends on the schedule you approved |
| A job is finished | A review is asked for now and then | A review request goes out |
| The owner wants the numbers | Pulled from three or four apps | One dashboard |
| Something breaks | Several vendors to call | One team at Sharktech Global |
Which industries is it built for?
Launch Your Dream builds one edition per industry. Four are live with demos you can open today: LYD Solar Suite for solar installers, LYD Assist for NDIS providers, LYD Accrual OS for accounting practices and LYD Pest Control for pest controllers. More industries are labelled launching soon until each one is live.
- LYD Solar Suite for solar, battery and energy installers.
- LYD Assist for NDIS and disability providers.
- LYD Accrual OS for accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- LYD Pest Control for pest control businesses.
Dental, electrical, insurance, legal, mortgage broking, plumbing and real estate editions are in development and are shown on the services page as launching soon. Each live industry has its own page too: solar business software, NDIS provider software and accounting practice software, with pest control at lydpestcontrol.com. If your industry is not on the list, the discovery call will tell you plainly whether a VCPility plan or a custom build from one of Sharktech Global's service lines is the better fit.
How long does it take to set up?
A Launch Your Dream suite is up and running within 7 working days of receiving your onboarding details. The five core features are already built, so the work is mapping your industry, writing the content in your language and connecting the systems you already use, not building software from scratch.

How much does an AI business suite cost in Australia?
A Launch Your Dream suite is quoted in a written proposal before you commit, so you see the full monthly cost first. The VCPility plans the suites run on start from A$165 a month plus GST, as published in October 2026. What moves the price is website size, number of locations, add-ons and integrations.
Pricing for an industry suite is set out in a written proposal before you sign anything. For reference, the VCPility plans the suites run on are published at vcpility.com.au/plans and start from A$165 a month plus GST (checked October 2026).
Ask any provider, including us, for the full monthly figure with messaging and usage costs included, the contract term and notice period, and what happens to your data if you leave. Those answers belong in writing before you sign.
Who builds and runs Launch Your Dream?
Launch Your Dream is built and run by Sharktech Global, the trading name of Divine Empyrean Pty Ltd (ABN 54 672 825 731), an Australian AI and software company with offices in Liverpool NSW and South Yarra VIC. Sharktech also runs managed IT, cybersecurity and business intelligence for clients who need them.
That matters when something needs attention. The website, the automation and the IT underneath them come from one provider. You can read more on the about page, see the eight service lines, or visit sharktech.com.au.
Common questions
Is Launch Your Dream real software or a website template?
Real software. Each business suite runs on VCPility, Sharktech Global's automation platform, and you can open a live demo for every industry that is live today. The website is one part of it, not the product.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. Sharktech Global sets the suite up for your industry and walks your team through it during onboarding. Day to day you reply to conversations, check bookings and look at the dashboard, from a browser or the mobile app.
Will the AI talk to my customers without me knowing?
No. It answers from content you approve, every conversation is saved in the CRM where you can read it, and anything outside its brief is passed to a person on your team.
Can it connect to the software I already use?
Usually, yes. The integrations page lists 57 apps and channels, including Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, Xero, Shopify and Zapier. Anything not listed is assessed on the discovery call.
Do you work outside Sydney and Melbourne?
Yes. The suite is delivered online, so it works anywhere in Australia. Sydney and Melbourne are where Sharktech Global's offices are, not a limit on who we serve.
What happens to my data if I leave?
How your data is handed over if you leave is set out in your proposal, before you sign. Raise it on the discovery call and get the answer in writing.
